Prize Disclaimer – 925 GIVES
Prizes are awarded to eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofits registered with Three Valleys Community Foundation (3VCF) for participation in 925 GIVES. To qualify, donations must be entered, processed, and validated directly through the 925 GIVES online platform during the 24-hour giving day on 9/25/25. Offline donations are not eligible for prize consideration.
All prize determinations are final and based on published criteria. 3VCF reserves the right to verify eligibility, adjust prize amounts, or disqualify organizations for fraudulent activity or non-compliance.
Prize winners will be announced by September 30, 2025 and awarded to nonprofit organizations within 30 days of the giving day. By participating, nonprofits agree to allow 3VCF to use their name and/or logo in 925 GIVES promotions and release 3VCF, its sponsors, and partners from any liability.
